Content: that Cabinet approve the Publication Draft of the emerging Local Plan (Regulation 19) for the Regulation 19 consultation stage. delegated authority be given to the Director (Environment) in consultation with the Leader of the Council and the Cabinet Member for Planning to make any final amendments needed to the document prior to the consultation commencing. delegated authority be provided to the Director (Environment) in consultation with the Leader and Cabinet Member for Planning to collate outcome of the Regulation 19 consultation, agree summary of key issues and summary of proposed modifications and to submit the draft plan to the Secretary of State (SoS) for examination.
