Content: RESOLVED that:   It was recommended that Council: Where the regulatory Neighbourhood CIL cap has been triggered, ringfence Strategic CIL monies to the amount of such reduction in Neighbourhood CIL as ‘Uplifted Capped Parish CIL’ funds - in response to the Neighbourhood CIL Cap issue as outlined within the agenda report Delegate authority to the Joint Assistant Director for Planning , in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Finance, Assets and Property, to determine the detailed arrangements for the creation of a Board to support identifying and progressing projects for this bespoke allocation
