Content: That Cabinet:   Approves the inaugural Investment Plan of the Dacorum Investment Partnership (DIP) as set out in Appendix A   Agrees that reporting from the DIP to Cabinet should take place annually from 2027 until such time that the partnership is dissolved     Delegates authority to the Strategic Director for Place and Communities, in consultation with the S.151 Officer, to undertake activities contained within the Investment Plan, including the draw down of funds as outlined   RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND   Recommends that Council approves a Planning budget of £732,875 (as set out in section 3 of the report below) to cover the Council’s total share of funding to bring forward the identified sites, as well as an annual operating revenue budget of £95,000 for The Council.
