Content:   1.         Horsfall Playing Fields, Halifax Road, Bradford BD6 2JZ – 25/01602/FUL   Royds Resolved –   (1)  That determination of the application and authority be delegated to the Planning Officer to grant planning permission subject to the withdrawal of Sport England’s objection and the imposition of appropriate planning conditions; and,   (2)  That, in the event that Sport England maintained its objection, the application be reported back to the Bradford District Planning Panel for further consideration.     2.         The Old Library, Town Lane, Bradford, BD10 8PR – 25/02573/FUL   Idle And Thackley Resolved –   That consideration of the application be deferred to a future meeting of the Bradford District Appeals Panel.     3.         7 Briarfield Avenue, Bradford, BD10 8QR – 25/02496/FUL   Idle and Thackley Resolved –   That planning permission be granted for the development at 7 Briarfield Avenue, Bradford, BD10 8QR, contrary to the Officer’s recommendation, on the basis that the Panel considered the design and scale of the extension to be acceptable within the varied character of the surrounding area.   To be actioned by: Strategic Director, Growth
