Content: Decision   RESOLVED that Cabinet:   1.1)           Approved for recommendation to Full Council the revised Hertsmere Vision 2026-28 (page 3 Appendix A). 1.2)           Approved for recommendation to Full Council the Corporate Plan for 2026-28 (pages 4-8 Appendix A)   Reasons for decision   The Hertsmere Vision and Corporate Plan have been reviewed and updated to provide a clear strategic direction for the council, centred on a defined and manageable set of priorities and reflecting the outcomes of a series of joint sessions between the Cabinet and the Senior Leadership Team.   Whilst not a statutory requirement, the documents sit within the Policy Framework. They articulate our priorities and delivery plans for the next 2 years, alongside our expectations and how we will monitor our delivery.   These documents have been developed collectively by the Cabinet and Senior Leadership Team.   Alternative Options Considered   Cabinet could have chosen not to agree the Vision and Plan but this would have meant the Council would not have had a clear, agreed vision for service delivery and would not be meetings its commitments as laid out in the Corporate Peer Challenge Action Plan.
