Content: That Cabinet   Notes the report; approves commencement of the procurement process, setting out a number of options (up to the maximum value agreed by IAG)   including an option to invest a maximum of £1m -for the proposed Hemel Hempstead e-bike hire scheme as set out in this report; delegates authority to the Assistant Director for Planning in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Place to agree the final design and tender specification for the project; and notes that on completion of the procurement process, the final decision to award the contract will be brought back to Cabinet following referral to Strategic Planning and Environment Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
