Content:   The Committee RESOLVED that officers:   •      Bring the Section 40 (NERC Act) Report to a future Scrutiny meeting for information once signed off. •      Provide the LNRS Delivery Plan, including performance baselines and monitoring indicators, to Scrutiny following adoption in March. •      Report back on the Nature Markets / Nature Finance work (expected August 2026). •      Review the multiple strategy documents relating to the Somerset Levels & Moors to clarify responsibilities across agencies and resolve conflicting guidance. •      Continue improvements to website transparency and datasets for nature recovery. •      Return with further detail on baseline indicators, including species abundance and priority species lists, once agreed with the Local Nature Partnership and SERC.
