Content: Resolved – That the Adult Social Care and Public Health Committee:   Welcomes the evidence based work done by Wirral Ways under the stewardship of Change, Grow, Live which is acknowledged as an outstanding service when twice inspected, and   Approves the variation of the contract with Change, Grow, Live Services Limited for the provision of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 January 2027, as referred to in paragraph 3.9 of the report with an increase to the contract value of £2,656,398.
