Content: Resolved –   1.      that the Business Plan for 2026/27, as produced by LSHIM and attached at Appendix 1 to the report, is approved.   2.      that delegations to the Head of Property and Director of Regeneration and Growth, as outlined in paragraph 4.7 of the report, is agreed.   3.      that Council is recommended to approve the capital investment detailed within the Business Plan and referenced in paragraph 5.1.3 of the report.
