Content: Council unanimously agreed to approve the 2026 Pay Policy Statement (attached as Appendix 1 to the report) as an accurate summary of the council’s current policy for the purposes of publication under the Localism Act and ratified the retrospective payment to officers that were seconded into joint roles across the federated councils and paid on the joint pay structure.
