Purpose:

Content: RESOLVED   That the Executive:   1.     Commence preparation of the Teignbridge Local Plan 2029–2044, prioritising actions to address the shortfall in housing provision created by the updated standard method calculations. 2.     Agree the Local Development Scheme as set out in Appendix 1 to come into effect on 20 March 2026. 3.     Agree a budget of £105,000 for year one of the project (2026/27). 4.     Reconvene the Local Plan Working Group as per the Terms of Reference set out in Appendix 2.
