Content: Decision:   That having due regard to the integrated impact screening assessment:-   •         The development and submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the UK Town of Culture 2028 competition, focused on Port Talbot and the Afan Valley, be agreed.   •         That delegated authority be granted to Head of Leisure, Tourism, Heritage and Culture to submit the Expression of Interest and to engage with relevant external partners, businesses and stakeholders to support the expression of interest.
