Reason for being Executive Committee Decision : The Local Development Scheme does not itself set Council policy nor budgets but sets out documents which will be produced as part of the Council’s Policy Framework.

Content: Agreed:   RESOLVED that the revised Local Development Scheme (Appendix A of the report) be approved as the basis for preparing local planning policy.   Reason for Decision: As set out in the report.
