Content: i.  Application 1 (2024/0869) – 4 Wimbledon Park Road SW18 1LT –  (unanimous) that planning permission be granted as set out in the report, noting the additional information also detailed in the late items of correspondence and subject to additional informatives as resolved by the Committee regarding tree maintenance on the site.   ii.  Application 2 (2024/1212) – Garages and Parking Spaces West of 57 to 84, Gideon Road, London, SW11 5UT – (unanimous) that planning permission be granted as set out in the report, noting the additional information also detailed in the late items of correspondence and an additional condition as resolved by the Committee regarding additional lighting considered in the alleyway.   iii.  Application 3 (2024/1461) – Bright Horizons Battersea Day Nursery and Pre-School 18 Latchmere Road SW11 2DX – (5 for (refusal) and 3 against) that planning permission be refused on the grounds of its excessive scale and massing, in conjunction with its close proximity to the residential occupiers fronting Atherton Street, would be an unneighbourly development that would have an overbearing and oppressive impact in terms of an unacceptable sense of enclosure and loss of outlook to the detriment of their amenity. And would result in harm to the residential occupiers through an unacceptable reduction in received daylight to the detriment of their amenity.
