Purpose: To consider approving the extension and variation of the Public Space Protection Order that is currently in place in certain locations across the Borough to tackle alcohol related behaviour.

Content: 1.        That the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that is currently in place to tackle alcohol related anti-social behaviour be extended for a period of three years, under section 60 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. 2.         That a variation to the Order, under section 61 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, to include additional areas in the whole of Great Linford Parish, be agreed.
