Purpose:

Content: 1. Cabinet agrees to Option 2 of the proposals, to vary the Dog Control PSPO by removing the dog exclusion zone on both Rock-a-Nore beach and Stade Beach. Therefore dogs will be allowed on both the beaches at all times and all year round. 2. Authorise the Chief Legal Officer to vary this Order to last for 3 years, in accordance with regulations published by the Secretary of State. 3. That the varied order removes the Fisher Dogs exemption.
