Purpose: This paper seeks cabinet approval to progress the development of the Jan Malinowski Centre and adjacent Riverside Drive site. The project will deliver a new day centre that is fit for purpose for the residents of Merton with 21 supported living homes above, and also c.60 general needs homes to which the council will have nomination rights.

That Cabinet noted the increase in funding for the scheme to be progressed as part of the September 2024 Monitoring Report as set out in the exempt information contained in Appendix B section of the report.
