Purpose:

Content: The Executive RESOLVED to:         I.        Note the Council’s performance in complaint handling in 2023-24.      II.        Establish a ‘task and finish’ Executive Working Group to review the Council’s self-assessment of its compliance with the Housing Ombudsman’s complaint handling code    III.        Delegate to the Leader of the Council, in consultation with the Monitoring Officer, to prepare and provide a response following the review of the Council’s self-assessment of its compliance with the Housing Ombudsman’s complaint handling code, for publication on the Waverley website as required by the code.
