The Licensing Committee of Tamworth Council met on Thursday 05 December 2024. The meeting was scheduled to discuss whether two individuals are fit and proper people to hold licences from the council.
Fitness to Hold a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence
The Committee were scheduled to consider a report on whether an individual is a fit and proper person to hold a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence.
The report is not publicly available, as it contains exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972. The council decided that the public interest in withholding the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
