Review of a Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence
The Sub-Committee were due to review a dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence, however the licence holder was not present at the meeting. Stephen Pinkney, Licensing Enforcement Officer for North Yorkshire Council, discussed the case with the committee, who resolved to adjourn the hearing until the licence holder could be contacted and given a further opportunity to attend.
