This meeting of the Restructuring Implementation Committee was scheduled to agree the shortlist of candidates for the post of Executive Director of Resources, and to confirm the minutes of the previous meeting.
Executive Director Resources Appointment (Shortlisting)
The committee was scheduled to agree the shortlist of candidates for the post of Executive Director Resources (with or without Section 151 Officer designation1).
A good number of strong applications were received.

It was also scheduled to delegate authority to Cherry Bennett, the Director of People & Change to invite shortlisted candidates to interview and to arrange the face to face interview process scheduled for 10 December 2024.

The previous meeting of the Restructuring Implementation Committee was held on Tuesday 9th July 2024. The minutes of the previous meeting were scheduled to be agreed at this meeting.
