241746 - Land at Sugwas Pool House, Swainshill, HR4 7QD
A planning application has been submitted for the construction of a self-build dwelling and garage on land at Sugwas Pool House.
Councillors were recommended to car share to this site inspection due to limited parking and were scheduled to meet at 11am at the junction of the A438 and Sugwas Pool Lane from where they would walk to the site.
The report pack includes an extract from the Herefordshire Council constitution1 relating to site inspections, that explains the purpose of site inspections and how they are to be conducted. In particular, the guidance states that:
The purpose of the site visit is fact finding. Officers will be able to point out relevant features of the site and surroundings.
