Cabinet report - Due diligence update on Purchase of a property portfolio
This report recommends that the council’s Cabinet notes the contents of a report that provides an update on due diligence on a purchase of a property portfolio. The report is confidential and not available to the public. The report is dated December 2024 and is to be presented to the Cabinet at their meeting on 16 December 2024.
Highways capital programme 2024-25 outturn
Councillors will be asked to note a report on the capital projects carried out by the council's Highways team during the 2024-25 financial year. This report says that
The highways capital schemes have been delivered within budget, but there has been a slight overspend on the footway capital scheme.
Wisbech High Street Project - Update
This report provides an update to the Cabinet on the Wisbech High Street project.
This will include an update on progress against the recommendations from the last Wisbech High Street Project Board meeting.
The report also notes that
Following a competitive tendering process, Milestone Infrastructure has been appointed as the Principal Contractor to deliver the scheme.
It also sets out the next steps that are proposed for the project, saying that
Detailed designs for the scheme will now be progressed by Milestone Infrastructure, in consultation with key stakeholders, with a view to commencing on site in April 2025.
