The meeting of the Company Member Cabinet Committee on 16 December 2024 will include a report on the work programme for the committee over the next year, and it will discuss the business of some of the companies the council owns. The meeting will also include a closed session during which commercially sensitive information about some of the companies will be discussed.

Work Programme 2024/25

The committee will be asked to approve its work programme for 2024/25. The work programme lists the topics the committee intends to discuss at future meetings. The work programme is approved by the Company Member Cabinet Committee at each meeting, it is intended to be a working document that is updated on a meeting-by-meeting basis to enable the Committee to add / remove future agenda items as necessary, the report to the committee says. An appendix to the report lists the companies the committee will receive updates from at its future meetings, and describes how those companies are governed.
