A report has been prepared for the committee which relates to an application to vary a Premises Licence at The Great House Hotel & Restaurant, Borden. The application was made by Sheldon Inns Limited.
The application seeks to vary the hours for licensable activities from 10.00 to 01.00 to 08.00 to 03.00 the following morning, seven days per week.
The report sets out the process for varying a Premises Licence. This process is governed by The Licensing Act 20031 and by Swale Borough Council's Statement of Licensing Policy2. The report sets out all of the representations that have been made about the application. It includes all of the information that is relevant to the application. The Sub-Committee will use this report to decide whether to grant the application in full, grant the application with conditions or to reject the application.
