Summary
Breckland Council has published the agenda for a Licensing Panel meeting scheduled for 20th December 2024. The meeting will consider an application for a personal licence. Norfolk Police have submitted an objection to the licence application.
Personal Licence application with Police objection
The Licensing Panel will consider an application for the grant of a personal licence. The application has been objected to by Norfolk Police.
The agenda states that:
Where applicants, Interested Parties, or Responsible Authorities intend to call witnesses at the hearing, the name of the witness and a brief summary of the points to be raised by them shall be supplied to the Licensing Authority. This summary together with the application and the representations received shall be combined into the report. A notice of hearing shall be given no later than 10 working days before the day of the hearing.
The Licensing Panel will decide on the application after hearing from the applicant and considering the Police objection.
