Future Highway Maintenance Contracts The Executive was asked to agree on the principles and strategy for a combined Highway Works Contract, with separate lots, to begin on 1 July 2026. The initial term was to be six years, with two possible two-year extensions, making the contract period up to a maximum of ten years, with a whole life value of approximately £75m. Children's Residential Development in Wharton Road The Executive was asked to approve the submission of a planning application for a residential children's home on Wharton Road, Bromley, subject to public engagement and a parking study. West Wickham Leisure Centre Update The Executive was asked to approve an additional £2.3m to the Capital Programme for the West Wickham Leisure Centre, increasing the total allocation to £37.823m.
