Summary

Preliminaries

The applicant confirmed that they had received a copy of the Licensing Officer's Report and had no objections to any member of the Licensing Sub-Committee Hearing. Members of the Licensing Sub-Committee Hearing confirmed that they had no prior knowledge of the applicant. No declarations of interest were made.
