The Strategy & Resources Committee of Tandridge Council is scheduled to meet on 25 September 2025 to discuss a range of issues, including community asset transfers, the Tandridge Transition Programme, and a community governance review in Caterham. Tandridge Transition Programme

The committee is scheduled to discuss two reports related to the Tandridge Transition Programme (TTP).

The second report, Tandridge Transition Programme - Community Asset Transfer - Assets for Approval, concerns the transfer of community assets. Caterham Community Governance Review

The Caterham Community Governance Review Update September 2025 is scheduled to be discussed. This review concerns the governance arrangements for the Caterham area. Appendix A contains the responses to the consultation from the Parish Councils, and Appendix B includes the draft recommendations.

Residents' Survey 2025

The committee will be presented with the Residents' Survey 2025. The council ran a publicity campaign to encourage residents to participate in the survey, entitled Have your say about council services 2025.

Performance and Budget Monitoring

The Quarter 1 2025/26 Key Performance Indicators and Risk Register - Strategy Resources Committee is scheduled for discussion. This report provides an overview of the council's performance against its key performance indicators, as well as an update on the risk register. Supporting information is provided in the appendices: Appendix A Quarter 1 2025/2026 Key Performance Indicators, Appendix B - Strategy and Resources Risk Register, and Appendix C - Corporate Risk Register.
