The Commercial Assets Sub-Committee of Spelthorne Council is scheduled to meet on Monday 29 September 2025. The agenda includes discussion of the property management contract for the investment portfolio, lease renewals for the Charter Building and Elmsleigh, and an update on the annual commercial property report. Property Management Contract
The committee is being asked to approve the awarding of a new property management contract, for a term of two years plus a possible one-year extension, to a company that is named in the exempt report. They will also be asked to authorise the Group Head Corporate Governance to finalise the agreement and any related documents.
Lease Renewals
The Sub-Committee is scheduled to discuss lease renewals for two properties: the Charter Building and Elmsleigh.
Annual Commercial Property Report
The committee is scheduled to receive an update on the Annual Commercial Property Report for the financial year 2024/25.
