...to note the period 5 budget monitoring report for 2025/26 and the Medium-Term Financial Plan update, encompassing the forecast outturn position for the General Fund Revenue Account, a strategy for achieving a managed underspend, the General Fund Capital Programme expenditure forecast, the Housing Revenue Account Revenue budget position, and the emerging Medium-Term Financial Plan forecast positions for both the General Fund Revenue Account and the Housing Revenue Account for the period 2026/27 to 2028/29.
