The committee also heard deputations regarding ethical disinvestment, and resolved to instruct the Director of Financial Services to prepare a report with recommendations on implementing a disclosure and phased divestment programme, and to revise the Investment Strategy Statement and Responsible Investment/Stewardship Policy.

Wandsworth Council met to discuss a range of issues, including treasury management, community safety in Clapham Junction, affordable housing, and waste collection. A motion on value for money for support for Wandsworth residents was passed, while a motion on the council tax surcharge was defeated.
