...to approve the minutes of Cabinet meetings from December 12, 2024, and January 23, 2025, encompassing decisions related to air quality, school admissions, council tax base, risk management, performance reporting, rent setting, housing partnerships, regulatory services, local development plan, school relocation, high school updates, property strategy, and sports village development.

The Cabinet of Cardiff Council decided on 27/02/2025 to recommend approval of the Revenue, Capital, and Housing Revenue Account budgets, including a 4.95% Council Tax increase. They also approved the Capital Strategy, Treasury Management Strategy, and Prudential Indicators for 2025/26 to 2029/30. The decision also included approving changes to fees and charges and delegating authority to amend or introduce new fees and charges during the year.

Cardiff Cabinet decided on 27/02/2025 to note the projected revenue financial outturn at Month 9 2024/25 and the capital spend and projected position at Month 9 2024/25.
