...to formally approve changes to the Constitution regarding increased task & finish groups, extended public question time for Overview & Scrutiny, clarified rules for Extraordinary Council meetings, a longer notice period for member written questions, and to establish a cross-party working group for future constitutional changes, while authorizing the Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer to implement these changes and republish the Constitution.

... the Council approved the Council Plan refresh, noted achievements since the plan's adoption in 2023 and progress in delivering it in 2024/25, and noted the recommendations in the Corporate Peer Challenge and the response to them in the Council Plan Refresh.
