A Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) Supplementary Planning Document (DPD) is being prepared to provide new guidance on the application of existing adopted planning policy in relation to HMOs. Cabinet decision required to approval the final version of the HMO SPD to enable it to be presented to Full Council for adoption.
