...an uplift in the Strawberry Fields service charge, changes to virtual office charges, increases in leisure and housing rents, adjustments to utility and service charges at Tatton Gardens and Primrose, an increase in rent, service, and personal charges at Cotswold House, a freeze in garden waste collection charges, minor uplifts in CCTV admin fees, guest suites, digital screen advertising, and Astley Hall booking charges, revised Public Protection fees including a staged increase for stray dog kennelling, and a general increase of up to 3.8% in other fees and charges were approved.
