...to implement changes to Hackney's care charging policies, including removing the maximum charge cap for non-residential care, moving to 100% charging based on the cost of service and assessable income, aligning the Minimum Income Guarantee with DHSC rates, introducing fees for self-funders and Technology-Enabled Living services, and implementing a Blue Badge administration fee, while maintaining the disability benefits disregard at 25%.
