The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Full Council met on 22 October 2025, and addressed the borough's medium-term financial strategy, adopted an updated local code of corporate governance, and approved changes to standing orders and the municipal timetable. Family Services Select Committee - Monday, 20th October, 2025 6.30 pm
