Cabinet Procurement and Insourcing Committee - Monday 2 September 2024 2.00 pm
The committee agreed to join the LASER[^1] framework agreement for a further four years and to appoint TotalEnergies Gas and Power as the energy supplier for the first year. The committee also agreed to award a new barrister's framework contract, to be procured by Ealing Council on behalf of the London Boroughs' Legal Alliance (LBLA), and to award a four-year framework agreement for capital lift works to a minimum of three contractors.

The Licensing Sub Committee B of Hackney Council met to consider an application to vary the Premises Licence for the Habbot Bar and Lounge, 331 Wick Road, London, E9 5DH. The application was made by Mr Abel Nsinga, and fourteen representations were received from local residents objecting to the proposed changes, while the Metropolitan Police and Environmental Health also raised concerns.
