The Council of Hackney Council decided on 26/02/2025 to publish a Cumulative Impact Assessment for Shoreditch and designate Dalston as a Special Consideration Area. The Statement of Licensing Policy will be revised to reference these designations, effective from 01/04/2025. These measures will not apply to small restaurants with no more than 50 covers operating no later than 23:00 weekdays and 00:00 at weekends.
