... to reduce the Town and Parish Warden Grant by £66k for 2026/27 and 2027/28, approve the 2026 review of the concurrent services grant, and recommend to council a £200k draw down from reserves to support the Town and Parish Council Investment fund, delegating approval of final investment fund allocations to the Portfolio Holder for Corporate and Commercial in conjunction with the CFO.
