The Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Management Board (COSMB) of County Durham Council convened on 1 December 2025, to discuss a range of topics, including the Local Council Tax Reduction Scheme, the council tax base, and the Medium Term Financial Plan. These include a Definitive Map Modification Order Application relating to a public footpath in West Rainton, a proposed 20mph zone in Gilesgate, and a Traffic Regulation Amendment Order for parking and waiting restrictions in Consett.
