Outcome of the review of the Minimum Income Guarantee

...the council will cease its discretionary financial contribution to the Minimum Income Guarantee, apply the national MIG from October 2026 after re-assessment, and require new service users to contribute based on the national MIG from April 2026, while also commissioning extra capacity for these financial re-assessments.
