... the Corporate Policy Committee of Cheshire East approved the recommendations to note the position of the Council's Strategic Risk Register to the end of Quarter 2 2025/26 and to identify a strategic risk for detailed consideration at the next meeting.

...to enable the construction of an approved development, the committee approved making a Public Path Diversion Order under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for part of Public Footpath No. 2 in the Parish of Somerford, and also approved giving public notice of the making of the Order, to be confirmed if no objections are received.
