...to address concerns about dog-related issues, the Cabinet initiated statutory procedures, including public consultation, to potentially vary the Mid Devon (Public Spaces Protection) (Dog Control) Order 2024 by excluding dogs from the recreation ground in Silverton and delegated authority for future variations.

...the Cabinet agreed to the green pressures on the General Fund, the green savings options for the General Fund for services reporting directly into the Cabinet, the green savings options for the General Fund for services reporting into the five Policy Development Groups Cabinet, and the green savings options for the Housing Revenue Account, while deferring the pressures/savings options with a red risk/deliverability rating and agreeing to consider additional suggestions to balance the remaining shortfall.
