...to address parking concerns and improve access for larger and emergency vehicles, the committee approved the legal advertising of a Traffic Regulation Order to extend No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on a portion of Heaton Close, funded from the Heatons North Delegated Ward budget, with the order to be implemented if no objections are received within 21 days of advertisement.
