Proposed Policy of the Council for an Indemnity To Members And Officers

...to protect Members and Officers from personal liability when acting in good faith within their authority, the Executive agreed to recommend that the Council grant an indemnity and adopt a related policy, while also delegating authority to the Monitoring Officer to manage the policy and address exceptional cases.
