At a meeting of the Lambeth Council Planning Applications Committee, two planning applications were discussed and approved: the redevelopment of Timber Mill Way in Clapham for industrial use, and the temporary use of a rooftop in Brixton for a food and drink venue. Both applications were approved subject to conditions and section 106 agreements[^2].
