Taxi Licensing - Vehicle Age Limits

Further to the Regulatory Committee held on 25 September 2024, to consider approving the removal of all vehicle age limits for Zero Emission Vehicles and increase age limits for diesel vehicles to 12 years; petrol vehicles to 13 years; and hybrid vehicles to 14 years, and the minimum age limit of six years to first licence a vehicle be removed for all vehicles.
