Authority Monitoring Report 2023/24

The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) outlines progress made against targets and indicators in the Watford Local Plan, adopted in October 2022. These can be used to assess the effectiveness of individual planning policies, and whether the wider Local Plan objectives are being met. This AMR covers the period from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024, which is known as the ‘monitoring year’. This is the third AMR which has reported on policies in the Watford Local Plan.
